Terms of Service

1. Service Description

InterventIO is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for managing work reports, support tickets and cost estimates. The service allows service provider companies to organize, track and document technical interventions at customer sites.

2. Free Plan

The Free Plan is provided at no cost and will remain free. DYNCODE s.r.l. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free service with at least 30 days' notice via email, in case of compelling economic or technical reasons. In case of discontinuation: users will be able to download all their data in CSV/Excel format free of charge within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

3. Paid Plans (Standard, Enterprise)

Standard and Enterprise plans include:

  • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period, subject to payment verification
  • Expiration notice: you will receive a reminder email at least 20 days before the license expires, at your registered email address
  • Payment method: bank transfer. Processing times are typically 3-5 business days
  • Failed payment: if payment is not processed within 15 days of expiration, service access will be suspended. You have an additional 15 days to resolve the payment, after which you can download your data and your account will be deleted

4. SMS License (Pay-per-Use)

The SMS License allows SMS messaging via external provider. It works on a credit consumption system:

  • Each SMS License purchase includes a predefined number of messages
  • Available messages decrease as they are used
  • When the balance reaches 0, you must purchase a new SMS License or top up
  • Costs are billed in advance at the time of purchase
  • Unused messages do not accumulate between purchases (they expire at the end of the billing period)
  • SMS message costs are entirely the user's responsibility and will be billed monthly

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. DYNCODE s.r.l. is not responsible for:

  • Data loss caused by the user (accidental deletion, account hacking, malware)
  • Service interruptions, downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
  • Bugs, errors or unexpected software malfunctions
  • Indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of customers, business interruption)
  • Delays or losses due to external factors (infrastructure failures, network-level attacks)

Maximum compensation limit: For Free users = €0. For Paid users = maximum amount equal to payments made in the last 12 months.

6. User Responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

  • Keep passwords and login credentials confidential
  • Immediately notify DYNCODE s.r.l. of unauthorized access or account misuse
  • Not use the service for illegal activities, spam, malware, hacking or violation of third-party rights
  • Not overload the service with excessive or automated requests
  • Not violate intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Regularly backup important data. DYNCODE s.r.l. does not guarantee data persistence in case of malfunctions

7. Backup and Data Recovery

DYNCODE s.r.l. maintains regular backups to protect the infrastructure, but does not guarantee recovery of accidentally deleted data. It is your responsibility to maintain copies of your data. In case of data loss due to our technical negligence, DYNCODE s.r.l. will do its best to support you in recovery, but without guarantees of success.

8. Account Deletion and Data Export

You can delete your account at any time. In case of deletion:

  • Data is available for download in CSV/Excel format for 30 days from deletion
  • After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted
  • Tax/accounting data will be retained according to legal obligations (10 years)

9. Change of Terms of Service

DYNCODE s.r.l. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect. If you do not accept the changes, you can delete your account within 15 days without penalty. Continuing to use the service after 15 days constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.

10. Service Suspension and Termination

DYNCODE s.r.l. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful activities (hacking, spam, malware)
  • Excessive use that compromises infrastructure
  • Non-payment of paid plans (after 30 days of non-payment)

In case of termination for reasons of yours: you can download your data within 30 days. In case of termination for our choice (sustainability reasons): you will receive 30 days' notice and can download your data.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Italy. Before resorting to legal action, the parties undertake to attempt amicable resolution through email communication.
