Sound familiar?
You know the job. Remembering every boiler that's due, not so much.
Due dates live in a diary
Hundreds of boilers and air conditioners, each with its own periodic service. Miss one, and the customer calls someone else.
In winter everything rings at once
Breakdowns, emergencies, call-backs: between one phone call and the next someone gets no answer, and some jobs get no report.
Reports stay in the van
Paper sheets to retype at the office before you can invoice. Forgotten hours, spare parts never charged.
A flexible chain
It adapts to the way you work, not the other way round.
Maintenance, requests, quotes, calendar and invoice are all optional: switch on only the steps your business needs. The ones you use pass the data along by themselves, so nothing is typed twice.
Where the job starts
The due date of a scheduled maintenance, or a breakdown reported by the customer from the portal. If they phone you, start straight from the report.
Accepted online
To replace a boiler or install an air conditioner. Skip it for the periodic service, which already has its price list.
You assign the technician
Put it in the technician's calendar, who can then move it with drag and drop. If you work alone, you don't need it.
The heart of it all
Hours, spare parts and travel, signed by the customer and linked to the equipment. It's the one step every business uses.
Several reports, one invoice
Pick the signed reports and invoice them together. Or read them through the API from the accounting software you already use.

The intervention report
Filled in within minutes, signed on site, never lost again.
Whether or not you use everything else, the report is always there. That's why it's the part we've worked on most.
- Works with no network in the plant room or a basement boiler room: it's saved on the phone and sent as soon as the signal comes back.
- Linked to the equipment: it goes into the boiler's history, and from the serial number you find every job ever done.
- Lines from the price list: labour, spare parts, travel and expenses, at the rates of the technician's group.
- OTP or paper signature: by email or SMS with the evidence kept, or print the PDF, have it signed and mark it as signed. The customer chooses.
- PDF with your logo, and the spare part used comes off the van stock by itself.

Built for installers and service engineers
Everything a plumbing and heating business needs, already inside.
No modules to buy separately: everything you see here is in the Standard plan. Text messages are pay-as-you-go.
Equipment by serial number
Boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters with serial number, make, model, installation date and warranty expiry. From the serial number you see the whole history.
The address belongs to the equipment
In an apartment block, a holiday home, a warehouse: every piece of equipment has its own address and location, so the technician doesn't drive to the customer's head office by mistake.
Scheduled maintenance
Annual service, six-monthly maintenance, filter cleaning: with a recurrence rule the due dates are created by themselves and land in the technician's calendar. The customer can be notified too.
QR label on the boiler
Print labels with the serial number, your name and your phone number. The technician scans the code and opens the equipment record; the customer knows who to call.
Manuals and documents attached
Scanned service records, diagrams, a photo of the rating plate: all on the equipment record. Output, fuel and refrigerant gas go in the free fields.
Portal for customers and property managers
The property manager sees their equipment, reports breakdowns and finds reports and invoices without phoning you. Everyone logs in with their own user, no shared passwords.
Warehouse and spare parts
Pumps, valves, fittings, filters: stock taken off automatically from the report, stock in each technician's van, and barcode scanning with the phone while filling in the report.
Price lists per technician group
An experienced installer's hour costs more than an apprentice's. You set it once per job, for each group of technicians.
Your customers' ratings
The customer rates every single intervention from 1 to 10. On the dashboard you see the average for the last 3 and 12 months, with the trend.
Your edge over the competition
Your customers get in free. Always.
Many field service apps charge for every person who logs in. Here you only pay for your technicians: customers, property managers and the administrator account don't count.
So you can give a portal even to someone with a single boiler.

Export the customers or equipment sheet: if you're starting from scratch it's the empty template, if you already have data you'll find it there to complete and correct. Upload it again and the preview shows you, row by row, what's new, what gets updated and what needs fixing. Import is included in the Standard plan, and the Free plan stays free forever, with no credit card.
