InterventIO collects the following personal data:
- Authentication data: email address, name (from registration or Google OAuth)
- Profile data: surname, date of birth, phone number, company name
- Technical data: IP address, session cookies, access logs
- Operational data: content of work reports (client information, interventions, billing)
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed on the basis of:
- Contract execution: data necessary to provide the service (name, email, report data)
- Consent: data for marketing communications or service updates
- Legal obligation: data for tax and accounting compliance
4. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of account activity. After account deletion, data is retained for an additional 90 days for compliance and backup purposes, then permanently deleted. Tax data is retained according to legal obligations (10 years).

- Access: request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request data deletion (right to be forgotten), except for legal obligations
- Portability: download your data in CSV/Excel format

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. Data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored in protected databases. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties, except:
- Service providers (hosting, email, SMS) acting on our behalf
- Google (if you use Google OAuth authentication)
- Public authorities (if required by law)
9. Minor Data
The service is not directed to minors under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that data belongs to a minor, we will proceed with immediate deletion.
10. Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect.
