Sound familiar?
You know the job. Keeping track of thousands of extinguishers, not so much.
Due dates are scattered everywhere
Customers, sites, extinguishers, hydrants: every device has its own periodic inspection. Miss a due date, and the customer is left uncovered and calls someone else.
The office can't tell what was checked
How many devices did the technician check? Which ones needed replacing? It's written on the paper sheet, but nobody retypes it.
Reports stay in the van
Sheets to retype before you invoice. Forgotten hours, refills and spare parts never charged.
A flexible chain
It adapts to the way you work, not the other way round.
Inspections, requests, quotes, calendar and invoice are all optional: switch on only the steps your business needs. The ones you use pass the data along by themselves, so nothing is typed twice.
Where the visit starts
The due date of a periodic inspection, or a request from the customer through the portal: an empty extinguisher, a door that won't close. If they phone you, start straight from the report.
Accepted online
For a supply of new extinguishers or a fire door to install. Skip it for the periodic inspection, which already has its price list.
You assign the technician
Put it in the technician's calendar, who can then move it with drag and drop. If you work alone, you don't need it.
The heart of it all
Hours, spare parts and travel, signed by the customer, with the result of every device checked. It's the one step every business uses.
Several reports, one invoice
Pick the signed reports and invoice them together. Or read them through the API from the accounting software you already use.

The intervention report
One report per visit, with the result of every device.
Fifty extinguishers are not fifty reports. The technician has them all in a single document, and says how each one was.
- A result for each device: compliant, non-compliant or not checked, with a note. Non-compliant devices are counted for you, and one tap marks all the others as compliant.
- Works with no network in basements and plant rooms: it's saved on the phone and sent as soon as the signal comes back.
- The contract's devices already listed: opening the visit from the calendar, the technician finds them already ticked.
- OTP or paper signature: by email or SMS with the evidence kept, or print the PDF, have it signed and mark it as signed. The customer chooses.
- PDF with your logo, and the spare part used comes off the van stock by itself.

Built for fire protection maintenance
Everything a fire protection business needs, already inside.
No modules to buy separately: everything you see here is in the Standard plan. Text messages are pay-as-you-go.
A result for each device
Compliant, non-compliant or not checked, with the technician's note. The customer sees it in the portal, and each extinguisher's history shows how it was at every inspection.
Devices by serial number
Extinguishers, hydrants, fire doors and detection systems with serial number, make, model, installation date and warranty. Extinguishing agent, capacity and manufacturing date go in the free fields.
Where every extinguisher is
Every device has its address and its location within the site, "first-floor corridor" or "switch room", so the technician knows where to look.
Scheduled inspections
With a recurrence rule the due dates are created by themselves, land in the technician's calendar and the customer can be notified. One contract covers all the devices at a site, and a device can be in several contracts, each with its own recurrence.
QR labels in batches
Print the labels for all of a customer's devices in one go, with serial number, your name and your phone number. The technician scans and opens the record; the customer knows who to call.
Portal for your customers
The safety manager sees their devices and their results, reports a fault and finds reports and invoices without phoning you. Everyone logs in with their own user.
Warehouse and spare parts
Spare extinguishers, pressure gauges, seals, signs: stock taken off automatically from the report, stock in each technician's van, and barcode scanning with the phone.
Price lists per technician group
An experienced technician's hour costs more than a newcomer's. You set it once per job, for each group of technicians.
Customer ratings
The customer rates every single job from 1 to 10. On the dashboard you see the average for the last 3 and 12 months, with the trend.
Your edge over the competition
Your customers get in free. Always.
Many field service apps charge for every person who logs in. Here you only pay for your technicians: customers, safety managers and the administrator account don't count.
So you can give a portal even to someone with three extinguishers.
